RETURN POLICY
Due To COVID-19 All sale items are FINAL SALE. When we accept returns will inform our customers.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, smoke-free condition, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after five (5) days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please call & email odarasdoor@yahoo.com to notify us regarding your exchange/refund.
You must return your items to the address below within five (3) days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN OF GOODS. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

How to Make a Return

Review our criteria and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.

PLEASE NOTE - If you send us items that are ineligible for a return we will not accept them, therefore, you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.

Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).

Send your package back via the shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. We will email you once everything is processed and completed
REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO
Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
Odara's Door recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Odara's Door will not be held accountable for any losses.

All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued in the form of store credit.
RETURN CRITERIA

All returns must be received within 5 days of the original delivery receipt of the package shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 5 days of the original delivery receipt of the package delivery shipment date.

PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after the 5th day from the shipment date will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition and unscratched soles (shoes). The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. The following items are final sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, clutches, sunglasses, belts, boot cuffs, arm warmers, and any items that are under the accessory category. All sale items are final sale.

Gift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store merchandise. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags.
RETURN DETAILS

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back as store credit only. We do not process exchanges. It will be inputted into an Odara's Door shoe account.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
