SHIPPING INFORMATION

DISCLAIMER

Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order.  For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 48 hrs.  If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact odarasdoor@yahoo.com as we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate you.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship out the next business day. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be ship out on Monday.  If you placed a pre-order, please refer to your original order confirmation email for shipping details.

LOCAL TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTY

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.

 

TRANSIT TIME

Odara's Door displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier companies (DHL/USPS/FedEx/Canada Post). It reflects the average duration of transit it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note, Odara's Door is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your store credit refund to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

For security reasons, online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. All purchases are shipped via DHL/USPS/FedEx/Canada Post/. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders, hotel locations, or any establishments at our discretion that may pose a risk to the security of the package.

 

All orders are subject to review and Odara's Door reserves the right to request additional identification information and to ship the order to the billing address. The billing information provided must be able to be verified and match what your bank has on file. Please ensure the cardholder is available to confirm the order details. When you place an order on our website, we will only charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. 

 

SHIPPING FAQS

Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. Expedited orders placed before 9:00am. CST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

 

REFUSE PACKAGE

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. 

For Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

All cancellation has up to an hour after they are placed.
